バター チキン(50g)



Mix Shan Butter Chicken Mix, lemon juice, yogurt and oil and spread on meat cubes. Marinate for 1-3 hours.
Boil tomatoes in 1-2 cups water for 10 minutes or until soft and tender. Remove skin and seeds through a sieve. Set tomato puree aside.
Separately: Heat a frying pan and add marinated meat. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes and turn meat. Remove from pan.
Add chicken to tomato puree. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add butter and simmer for 5 minutes. Add
cream. Stir and remove from heat. Serve hot.
